Shipping & Returns

Free shipping on every order

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number when it ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days after processing. Delivery times may be longer during holidays or busy periods. Tracking can take 2–4 days to show updates after your label is created.

Lost packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of purchase, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you in full. Please double-check your address at checkout; we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Email us at paragolaasmara@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll reply with return instructions.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send it back.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

To swap colors, request a return and place a new order for the color you want.
